No próximo episódio, Carly (Cosgrove) retorna para casa doente após uma viagem e descobre que One Direction aceitou um convite para se apresentar em seu web show. Não muito tempo depois de chegar, o companheiro de banda Harry fica doente e vemos Carly delirar sobre ele.
Há uma outra convidada especial no episódio também - Victoria Justice!

Miranda Cosgrove appears in good company with five cats in the band One Direction.
In the upcoming episode, Carly (Cosgrove) returns home sick after a trip to find that One Direction accepted an invitation to perform at their web show. Not long after arriving, the band mate Harry gets sick and we see Carly rave about it.
There is another special guest in the episode too - Victoria Justice!
