Selena Gomez irá ao Congo, em Abril!

Que Selena Gomez é uma celebridade que faz muitas caridades nós sabemos, até porque a diva é embaixadora da UNICEF. Mas Selena leva isso muito a sério, tanto que a diva resolveu fazer boas ações na República Democrática do Congo, na África.
A ex-princesa da Disney disse em entrevista para o EOnline que iria muito em breve com a UNICEF para o país, "Nós primeiro fomos para Gana e depois fomos para o Chile. Em abril, nós estamos indo em um lugar um pouco mais difícil, o Congo... As primeiras viagens foram para me aliviar la."
Gomez já havia ajudado o Congo em 2009, num evento que aconteceu em Los Angeles, o Raise Hope for the Congo, o evento serviu para ajudar na conscientização sobre a violência sexual contra meninas e mulheres no país.
Ela acrescentou sobre a viagem: "Eu estava conversando com Joel Madden que trabalha com a UNICEF e ele foi para o Congo. Ele disse que era a coisa mais intensa que ele já tinha feito em sua vida e a melhor coisa que ele já tinha feito."
Parece que Selena está bem animada para suas próximas boas ações!
