Selena Gomez brilha no palco enquanto ela promove Disney Channel HD no Hospital Club, em Londres, na manhã de quarta-feira (06 de julho).
A cantora/atriz de 18 anos de idade comemorou o lançamento do Disney Channel HD, um novo show de música curtas que irá estrear na Sky em 16 de setembro.
Selena também promoveu seu novo álbum, When The Sun Goes Down e cantou duas músicas, "Who Says" e "Love You Like A Love Song".
